摘 要:主要分析了低浓盘磨机的纸浆流动状况,通过建立盘磨机的三维模型,假设牛顿流体的湍流状态是均匀的,合理设定边界条件,运用k-ε湍流模型对磨区浆料流动进行了模拟。模拟结果表明,在磨浆初期,入口处压力最大;在正常磨浆阶段(即机内充满浆料时),机内入口1/3处压力最大;定磨盘上的浆料速度较小,甚至有不流动的状况,而浆料均沿着齿槽流动;动磨盘的压力要大于定磨盘的压力。This paper mainly analyzed the pulp flow situation in low consistency disc refiners,by establishing three-dimensional model of disc refiner,assuming turbulent state of the newton fluid was uniform,and setting the boundary conditions fixed,k-epsilon flow model was used to simulate the pulp flow in refining zone.The results showed that the initial stage of grinding,the inlet pressure of the refining zone was the largest at the nomal grinding stage(when the machine was filled with pulp).The refining pressure reached the maximum at radial position approached to 1/3 of the inlet,the pulp velocity in the stationary disc was smaller,a part of the pulp even stopped moving forward,and the pulp flowed along with the groove.In fact,the pressure of floating disc was higher than that of the stationary disc.
