上海市人口社会结构空间演变的新趋势及其影响因素探究

摘　　要：在进入2010年以后,随着经济的转型、产业结构的调整,以及行政手段的调控,上海市人口的集聚速度大大下降,人口空间演变出现了新的特点,与此同时,不同户籍、不同职业、不同受教育程度的人口出现了一定的空间分异规律,表现在不同户籍人口的空间分异属于低度分异,受教育程度中研究生以上人口空间分异程度属于中等分异,第一、二产业人口分布呈中等分异,其他受教育程度、职业人口空间分异属于低度分异。本文结合2015年上海市1%人口抽样调查数据,分析了上海人口社会空间结构变动的新特点,并通过多重线性回归模型,从产业因素、行政因素、公共服务、市场因素分析影响因素,结果显示,公共资源中,教育、医疗因素是影响不同受教育程度人口空间变动的因素,高中教育资源是影响不同职业人口空间变动的因素。Since 2010,the population concentration slowed down and the population’s spatial distribution showed some new trends in Shanghai varying with hukou,occupations,education under the background of economy transformation,industrial structural adjustment and various administrative regulations issued ever since.Low spatial differentiation appears among the population with or without citizenship of shanghai city,the population with education lower than master degree and the population working in service industry,while the middle high spatial differentiation exists among the population with education of master degree and above as well as the population working in agricultural and industrial sectors.The data analysis of the 1%population sampling survey of Shanghai in 2015 shows that the changes in population’s social spatial structure can be influenced by the factors such as industrial structure,government administration,public services and market by multiple linear regression.Among the public services of education and medication is the determinants of the spatial differentiation of the population with different education and high school education is the determinant of the spatial differentiation of the population with different occupations.
