摘　　要：近年来,在建设中国——东盟自由贸易区及一带一路等战略的推动下云南经济社会发展态势良好,但由于其特殊的地理区位、自然环境、社会特点等,云南也面临着诸多的公共安全隐患。在此背景下,探讨和分析云南公共安全及应急管理现状,准确把握其发展态势,探寻其发生机理,对推动云南又好又快地发展乃至国家稳定具有重要意义。In recent years,the development of economy is rapid under the process of construction of CAFTA and the Belt and Road.But it faces with a lot of public security risks because of its special location,natural environment and social characteristics.It is of great significance to explore and analyze the current situation of public safety and emergency management in Yunnan,to grasp its development situation and to explore its mechanism accurately,to promote the good and rapid development of Yunnan and even the stability of the country.
