摘 要:以不同血缘的8份诱导系及按照NCⅡ组配的28份诱导系间杂交组合F1作为试验材料,分析株高、雄穗小花数的杂种优势,并以5份不同类群骨干自交系龙抗11、S 121、郑58、吉853、丹599作为测验种进行诱导率测验,分析不同单倍体诱导系间杂交组合F1诱导率的杂种优势。结果表明,对于株高性状,共计24份诱导系F1株高表现出超亲优势,最高超高亲值32.7cm;对于诱导率性状,共计15份F1诱导率表现出超亲优势,最高超高亲值2.36%;对于雄穗小花数性状,28份诱导系F1的雄穗小花数均表现出超亲优势,位于前5位的组合为DW 26/DW 27(602.7)、DW 8/DW 23(574.7)、DW 23/DW 27(554.7)、DW 24/DW 27(538.7)、DW 22/DW 27(522.7);综合诱导率、株高、雄穗小花数等3个性状分析,表现优良的诱导系间杂交组合有DW 24/DW 25、DW 25/DW 26、DW 23/DW 27和DW 23/DW 24。Using eight inducers from different consanguinity and 28 inducer hybrid combinations F 1 plants according to the NCⅡequipping as experimental materials,we analyzed heterosis of plant height and floret number of male tassel.Also,using Longkang11,S 121,Z 58,Ji 853 and Dan 599 of backbone maize inbred lines from 5 different taxa as test species for induction rate test,we analyzed heterosis of F 1 plants induction rate from different cross combinations between haploid induction system.The results indicated that for plant height,a total of twenty-fourth inducers of F 1 plants presented heterobeltiosis,and the highest value of superiority over parents was 32.7 cm.For the induction rate traits,a total of fifteen inducers of F 1 plants showed heterobeltiosis,the highest value of superiority over parents was 2.36%.For the floret number character of male tassel,the floret number of male tassel in the 28 inducers of F 1 plants all showed heterobeltiosis and the top five combinations were DW 26/DW 27(602.7),DW 8/DW 23(574.7),DW 23/DW 27(554.7),DW 24/DW 27(538.7)and DW 22/DW 27(522.7).Based on the comprehensive analysis of three traits including combined induction rate,plant height and number of florets in male tassel,the inducer hybridization combination with excellent performance were DW 24/DW 25,DW 25/DW 26,DW23/DW 27 and DW 23/DW 24.
