摘  要:为进一步研究蜡质基因在胚乳中表达模式,选用蜡质基因启动子与gus报告基因构建融合基因导入水稻。转基因水稻不同发育阶段种子胚乳GUS活性检测表明,种子发育过程中,蜡质基因表达逐渐从边缘向中心伸展。在水稻开花第2天至第5天对蜡质基因表达量分析结果显示,蜡质基因在开花第3天开始表达,并在开花第5天出现明显增强现象。In order to further study the expression pattern of waxy genes in the endosperm,waxy gene promoter and gus reporter gene were used to construct the fusion gene which was introduced into rice.The GUS activity detection of seed endosperm at different developmental stages of transgenic rice showed that the expression of waxy gene gradually extended from the edge to the center during in the seed development progressed.The results of analyses of waxy gene expression on the 2 nd to 5 th days after flowering(DAF)in rice showed that the waxy gene was expressed on the third day of flowering and showed significant enhancement on the 5 days after flowering.
