摘  要:为了解内源植物激素的含量对膏桐雌雄花分化的调控和雌雄花比例的影响,采用酶联免疫法对皱叶膏桐和普通膏桐花芽分化不同时期进行激素含量的测定。结果表明:在花序原基形成期和小花原基分化期,皱叶膏桐与普通膏桐GA和IAA含量无显著差异,ZR和ABA含量差异显著(p<0.05),(IAA+GA+ZR)/ABA的比值越高,越有利于雌花原基的形成和雄花原基的败育。在小花分化期和盛花期皱叶膏桐与普通膏桐GA、IAA、ZR和ABA含量有显著差异,高水平的GA和ZR有利于雌雄花器官的发育。In order to understand the effect of endogenous phytohormones content on the regulation of male and female flower differentiation and the proportion of male and female flowers,the hormone content was determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)at different stages of flower bud differentiation.The results showed that there was no significant difference in the content of GA and IAA between Jatropha nigroviensrugosus CV Yang and Jatropha carcas L.At inflorescence primordium formation and primordia differentiation,but significant difference between ZR and ABA(p<0.05),(IAA+GA+ZR)/ABA is more favorable to the formation of female flower primordia and abortion of male flower primordia.The contents of GA,IAA,ZR and ABA were significantly different between Jatropha nigroviensrugosus CV Yang and Jatropha carcas L.at floret differentiation period stage and flowering stage,while high levels of GA and ZR were beneficial to the development of male and female floral organs.
