摘　　要：从20世纪80年代末开始,农民工返乡创业成为促进乡村振兴与农民小康越来越重要的力量。本文通过文献回顾与农民工返乡创业集群化成长机理理论框架构建,深入挖掘农民工返乡创业与产业发展优势路径的有效耦合,探讨农民工返乡创业集群式成长与创业集群对乡村振兴的驱动作用。研究结果表明:不同成长阶段的创业集群对乡村振兴驱动有差异,在创业集群形成阶段,地理临近的农民工通过模仿和示范效应形成良性的聚集反馈机制;在创业集群形成后,集群内部创业者通过集体行动建构良性集群化成长机制;在创业集群危机阶段,创业者通过集体创业行为,协同政府、科研机构等部门,有效提升集群核心竞争优势。因此实施乡村振兴战略,政府应该积极支持农民工等各类人才返乡创业,通过建构地方特色产业的创业集群,完善地方基层组织的治理机制,加大农民工返乡创业集群的金融资本支持,引导农民工返乡创业集群与乡村振兴协调发展等措施,努力让农村成为创业创新的热土。Since the end of the 1980s,the return of migrant workers to their hometowns has become an increasingly important force in promoting rural revitalization and peasants..well-off.At the present stage,through the literature review and the construction of the theoretical framework of the migrant workers..return to the entrepreneurial cluster growth mechanism,the paper effectively explores the ef.fective coupling of the migrant workers..return to hometown entrepreneurship and the industrial develop.ment advantage path,and discusses the migrant workers returning to the hometown cluster growth and entrepreneurship cluster.The driving force for rural revitalization.The research results show that the en.trepreneurial clusters at different growth stages have different mechanisms for rural revitalization.In the formation stage of entrepreneurial clusters,migrant workers with geographical proximity form a benign aggregation feedback mechanism through imitation and demonstration effects;after the formation of en.trepreneurial clusters,the internal clusters entrepreneurs construct a benign cluster growth mechanism through collective action;in the crisis stage of entrepreneurial clusters,entrepreneurs can effectively enhance the core competitive advantage of the cluster through collective entrepreneurial behavior and coordination with government and scientific research institutions.Therefore,the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,the government should actively support migrant workers and other types of talents to return to the countryside to start a business,through the construction of local characteristics of the entrepreneurial cluster,improve the governance mechanism of local grassroots organizations,and strive to make the countryside a hot spot for entrepreneurial innovation.
