摘　　要：随着高校企业快速发展和日趋庞大的资产规模,如何盘活好、管理好企业资产,已成为高校亟待解决重要问题。结合英美高校企业管理创新实践与启示,分析我国高校企业面临的困境,提出高校企业资产管理创新路径,为防范资产流失与保值增值提供有益探索。With the rapid development of universities and the raising assets,how to revitalize and manage business assets has become an urgent issue for colleges and universities.In the light of the practice and enlightenment of enterprise management innova-tion in British and American universities,this paper analyzes the difficulties faced by Chinese universities and colleges,and puts for-ward an innovation process of the management of the assets in universities and colleges,and provides some useful explores on how to protect assets and make the preservation and appreciation of value.
