摘　　要：为了解决高速公路大标段模式推进机制问题,通过对高速公路大标段模式发展路径的目标效率分析,将高速公路大标段模式的推进分为初始阶段、发展阶段和成熟阶段。对高速公路大标段模式主要利益相关主体,采用演化博弈理论,构建政府、建设单位和施工单位这三者之间的效益模型,分析三者的动态演化过程,提出相应的政策建议。In order to solve the problem of the large section mode propulsion mechanism of high,this paper analyzes the target efficiency of the highway large section development path,and divides the promotion of the highway large section mode into the initial stage,the development stage and the mature stage.For the main stakeholders of the large section of the highway,the evolutionary game theory is used to construct the benefit model between the government,the construction unit and the construction unit,and the dynamic evolution process of the three is analyzed,and corresponding policy recommendations are proposed.
