基于实测日照温差的空心薄壁高墩线形控制方法研究

摘  要:空心薄壁高墩为柔性墩,日照温差效应对其线形影响较大,故采用解析方法对日照温差效应对空心薄壁高墩墩身线形的影响进行理论分析。同时,以某高速公路中的一座高墩桥梁的主墩为例,通过将解析计算值与有限元方法计算值及现场实测值进行比较,验证了该解析计算公式的正确性,结果表明该解析计算公式具有相当高的精度。采用该解析计算公式,并结合现场实测墩身温度数据,对依托工程的主墩线形进行了控制,取得了良好的效果,为空心薄壁高墩墩身线形控制提供了一种新的解析计算方法。The hollow thin-walled high pier is flexible pier,and the effect of sunshine temperature difference has a great influence on its linear shape,therefore,The alignment influence of sunshine temperature difference of hollow thin-walled high-pier were analyzed by analytical method.On the background of the main pier of the high-pier bridge of the highway,the pier top displacements calculated by analytical algorithm,FEM respectively and gained by field measurement were compared by the analytical computational formulas,which demonstrated the correctness of the formulas.The result shows that the formulas have high precision.Combined with measured temperature data of the pier shaft at the scene,the line shape of the main pier based on the engineering project was controlled by use of the analytical computational formulas and the good effects were acquired.Therefore,the analytical algorithm provides a new way for the line shape control of hollow thin-walled high-pier.
