摘　　要：西亚、北非的民主溃败是由西方民主制度本质决定的,因为西式民主在对象国确立的逻辑前提是稳定的国家秩序和国力的增长,而这一切西亚、北非各国并不具备。同时,西方民主本质上是以个人主义为核心的排他性、分裂性、扩张性民主,这种民主模式一旦和西亚、北非的分裂性社会结合,必然带来对象国的民主溃败。只有斩断西方民主制度与西亚北非社会状况的耦合,并结合西亚、北非各国的实际,探索符合自身实际的政治发展道路,才是西亚、北非民主建设的唯一选择。The collapse of democracy in West Asia and North Africa is determined by the essence of the western democracy.The success of transplanting the western democracy starts from the premise of the stable state order and the steady economic development of the state.But the states of West Asia and North Africa can’t provide them.Essentially,the western democracy is a kind of the exclusive,disruptive,expansionary democracy which is cored on the individualism.When it is combined with the disruptive society in West Asia and North Africa,it will bring about the collapse of democracy.Cutting down on the connection of the western democracy and the disruptive society,abandoning the attempt to transplant the western democracy and exploring the path of the political development according to the conditions in them are the sole choices of the democratic construction in West Asia and North Africa.
