摘　　要：目的分析公立医院科研统计咨询服务需求,探索如何提升从业者技能。方法连续收集2014年9月至2018年5月,北京协和医院中心实验室科研平台统计咨询服务对象352人次登记信息,总结分析咨询者特征、咨询目的及方法学需求。结果咨询者具有中级职称者占比最大(45. 4%),高级职称者次之(34. 4%)。咨询目的占比由高到低依次为:撰写并发表科研论文(73. 0%)、课题实施(9. 4%)、撰写项目书申请基金(8. 5%)、撰写毕业论文(6. 3%)、其他(2. 8%)。基础统计方法被咨询频次最多(41. 2%);多元统计方法次之(17. 6%);生存分析等现代统计方法咨询比例逐渐上升。结论科研统计咨询需求不断增长,从业者需要兼具良好的沟通能力,扎实的理论基础,丰富的临床研究经验,熟悉统计软件操作,对现代统计方法有较强学习能力。Objective To summarize the requirements of statistical consultation and investigate theway of improve consultants skill in scientific research platform of general hospital.Methods We collected information of 352 statistical requester from scientific research platform of central research laboratory of Peking Union Medical College Hospital(PUMCH)between September 2014 and May 2018,analyzing characteristics of requester,consulting purpose,and methodology requirement.Results People who have intermediate title contributed the largest proportion(45.4%),followed by people who havesenior academic titles(34.4%).According to proportion of consulting purposefrom high to low,the order of consulting purpose were writing and publishing research paper(73.0%),conducting study(9.4%),applying for funds(8.5%),writing graduation thesis(6.3%),etc.The weight of modern statistical method such as survival analysis is becoming heavy.Conclusions The requirements of statistical consultation is increasing.Consultants need to have better communication skills,excellent theoretical knowledge,rich experience in clinical research,familiar with statistical software,and strong learning capability for modern statistical method.
