摘 要:以聚碳酸酯膜作为基膜,通过真空抽滤将氧化石墨烯/碳纳米管共混材料固定在膜上,制备得到氧化石墨烯/碳纳米管共混复合膜。通过扫描电镜,X射线衍射仪,傅里叶变换红外光谱仪,接触角测试仪对复合膜进行表征,得到复合膜表面形貌,层间距,化学结构以及亲水性。通过超滤评价装置对复合膜进行分离性能测定,结果表明当CNTs含量达66.67%时为最佳浓度,甲基蓝染料截留率为75%左右,水通量为18.5LMH。为了进一步优化复合膜截留率,在该膜基础上进行层层自组装改性,结果表明铺展一层0.1mg/mL聚乙烯亚胺,复合膜对甲基蓝染料截留率大幅提高达到93%。The graphene oxide/carbon nanotube(CNT)composite membrane was prepared by vacuum filtration with polycarbonate film as the base membrane.The composite film was characterized by Scanning electron microscopy(SEM),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)and contact angle meter and the surface morphology,interlayer spacing,chemical structure and hydrophilicity of the composite film were obtained.The separation performance of the composite membrane was determined by ultrafiltration evaluation device.The results showed that the optimum concentration of CNTs was 66.67%,the rejection rate of methyl blue dye was about 75%,and the water flux was 18.5 LMH.In order to further optimize the rejection rate of the composite membrane,the layer by layer self-assembly modification was carried out.The results showed that the rejection rate of methyl blue dye was greatly increased by spreading a layer of 0.1mg/ml polyimide and the rejection rate of the composite membrane to methyl blue dye was increased to 93%.
