摘  要:含钆造影剂是目前临床应用最广泛的磁共振造影剂,近年来大量证据表明脑深部核团的磁共振信号改变与重复注射含钆造影剂有关,尤其是在齿状核和苍白球组织,钆沉积现象最为明显。本文主要综述了含钆造影剂脑部沉积现象的研究现状,分析了脑部钆沉积与含钆造影剂类型的关系,并对相关政策进展进行介绍。Gadolinium-based contrast agents(GBCAs)are widely used in magnetic resonance imaging.Recently,a large amount of evidence indicates that change of magnetic resonance signal in deep brain nuclei is related to repeated injection of GBCAs.Especially in the dentatum and pallidum the gadolinium deposition is most obvious.This paper reviews the research status and policy progress of brain deposition of GBCAs,and introduces the relationship between gadolinium deposition in the brain and the type of GBCAs.
