摘 要:采用非溶剂致相分离(NIPS)法,以聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)为制膜材料,以二甲基乙酰胺(DMAc)为溶剂,加入有机添加剂(PVP K30)制备了PVDF中空纤维膜。改变计量泵挤出转速、计量泵温度、绕丝辊转速、干程长度和凝固浴溶剂浓度等工艺条件,研究PVDF中空纤维膜收缩率的变化情况。结果表明:随着计量泵转速或绕丝辊转速的增大,膜丝收缩率增大;计量泵温度升高,膜丝收缩率减小;干程长度和凝固浴溶剂浓度对膜丝收缩率的影响没有呈现出规律性。PVDF hollow fiber membrane was prepared by non-solvent induced phase separation(NIPS)method with PVDF as membrane material and dimethylacetamide(DMAc)as solvent by adding organic additive(PVP K30).The shrinkage ratio of PVDF hollow fiber membrane was studied by changing the extrusion speed of metering pump,the temperature of metering pump,the rotating speed of winding roller,air gap length and the solvent concentration in coagulation bath.The results showed that the shrinkage ratio increased with the increase of extrusion speed of metering pump and rotating speed of winding roller respectively.As the temperature of metering pump increased,the shrinkage ratio decreased.The effects of air gap length and solvent concentration of coagulation bath on the shrinkage ratio showed no regularity.
