摘　　要：分析了静电产生的机理和装卸车过程中静电放电现象的危害,从完善静电消除设施、控制工艺操作过程、消除人为因素和异常工艺条件等方面介绍了丙烯酸系列产品装卸过程中静电控制工艺,并据此提出了丙烯酸系列产品在装卸操作过程中常见的问题,并就这些问题提出了一些纠正意见。The mechanism of electrostatic generation and the harmfulness of electrostatic discharge in the process of loading and unloading truck were analyzed.The electrostatic control technology in the process of loading and unloading acrylic acid series products was introduced from the aspects of improving electrostatic elimination facilities,controlling process operation,eliminating human factors and abnormal process conditions,and the operation of the acrylic acid series products in the process of loading and unloading is put forward.Common problems and improvement measured in the process.
