摘 要:为研究GDI汽油机采用均质燃烧模式和分层燃烧模式火焰传播的现象,在光学单缸发动机台架上进行了GDI汽油机燃烧火焰可视化的试验。研究结果表明,采用化学计量空燃比均质燃烧时,单次喷射和三次喷射对火焰的传播和均匀度都有显著影响,三次喷射的缸内火焰分布较单次喷射均匀;而采用壁面引导的稀薄分层燃烧模式时,火焰较为明亮,且分布不均匀。可以认为,三次喷射有利于喷射雾束与空气的交换,促进油气混合;且缸内油气混合的分布对火焰的传播和分布有重要影响。This paper describes the experimental study of the flame propagation for homogeneous burn mode and stratified burn mode in an optical Gasoline Directed Injection(GDI)engine.The results show that,under homogeneous stoichiometric conditions,significant influence could be found on flame propagation whether single injection or triple injection is in used,the distribution of flame will be more uniform.However,for stratified burn mode,the flame distribution become non uniform and higher luminosity.Thus,triple injection might be benefit for the mixing process and the distribution of mixture in cylinder has important influence on flame propagation.
