摘 要:随着经济社会的快速发展,汽车的使用越来越普遍化,但是汽车车架作为汽车总成的一部分,承受着来自道路和装载的各种复杂载荷作用,并且汽车上许多重要总成件都是以汽车车架为载体。因此车架的强度和刚度在汽车总体设计中起到了非常重要的作用。本文主要针对有限元设计方法以及优化设计类型进行介绍,并通过对汽车车架在行驶运载中的不同工况下(满载弯曲工况、满载扭转工况、满载紧急转弯工况、满载紧急制动工况)的理论分析,并提出对车架结构参数的可以优化修改的建议。本文的研究工作对车架的设计、改造和优化等方面具有重要的参考价值和指导意义。With the rapid development of economy and society,the use of automobile is more and more common.However,as a part of automobile assembly,automobile frame bears various complicated loads from road and loading,and many important components of automobile are carried by automobile frame.Therefore,the strength and stiffness of the frame play a very important role in the overall design of the vehicle.This paper focuses on the finite element method to design and optimize design introduces the types,and through to the chassis frame in driving vehicle under different working conditions(full load working condition of bending and torsion condition,carrying emergency condition,carrying emer-gency braking conditions turn)is analyzed,and puts forward the frame structure parameters can be optimized modification Suggestions.The research work in this paper has important reference value and guiding significance to the design,transformation and optimization of the frame.
