摘　　要：自动变速器的热平衡能力在自动变速器设计及开发过程中是一个非常重要的测试参数。热平衡能力的好坏直接关系到变速器整体性能,而且对自动变速器的传动效率有很大影响。所以,如何有效控制自动变速器的热平衡能力而经过大量的试验研究证明,自动变速器热平衡能力与自动变速器进冷却器流量计自动变速器主润滑油压力存在一定关系。通过对进入散热器流量计主润滑油压力的控制可以对自动变速器的热平衡能力进行精确控制,对提高变速器的工作能力具有很大指导性意义。The hot and equilibrium ability of the automatic gearbox is a count for much test parameter in the automatic gearbox design and the development process.The quality of[with]hot and equilibrium ability relates to to the gearbox whole function directly,and spreads to move an efficiency to have to the automatic gearbox to influence very greatly.So,how control the hot and equilibrium ability of the automatic gearbox effectively but through a great deal of on trial research certificate,automatic gearbox the hot and equilibrium ability and automatic gearbox enter main lubricant pressure of the water cooler flowmeter auto gearbox to exist a certain relation.Pass to carry on the precision control towards entering to spread main lubricant pressure of hot machine flowmeter of control can to the hot and equilibrium ability of the automatic gearbox,guide sex meaning towards improving the work ability of the gearbox to have very greatly.
