摘 要:最初汽车敞篷机构设计,整体机构较复杂,靠手动实现敞篷机构的折叠式运动,自动化程度低,机构杆件灵活性较低。目前较流行的软顶敞篷汽车,将软顶分为汽车后顶连接盖、中间过渡连接顶盖和前顶连接顶盖三部分。文章在敞篷汽车三段式折叠软顶敞篷机构的设计与分析基础上,基于matlab强大的数据处理能力进行敞篷汽车三段式折叠软顶的优化设计,并得到各杆件的最优尺寸,使敞篷机构设计更加合理。Initially,the design of the automobile convertible mechanism was complicated,and the folding movement of the open-top mechanism was manually realized,the degree of automation was low,and the flexibility of the mechanism member was low.At present,the soft top convertible car is divided into three parts:a car rear top connecting cover,an intermediate transition connecting top cover and a front top connecting top cover.Based on the design and analysis of the three-section folding soft top convertible mechanism of the convertible car,based on the powerful data processing capability of the matlab,the optimal design of the three-section folding soft top of the convertible car is obtained,and the optimal size of each bar is obtained.The design of the convertible mechanism is more reasonable.
