摘 要:长距离斜井隧道施工所用连续带式出渣机,因其负载重且有一定的斜坡,在起动过程中驱动功率大、输送带张力大且变形量大。为优化其主要设计参数,以神华新街煤矿斜井长大隧道盾构施工所用连续带式出渣机为例,应用动态分析方法,通过建立连续带式出渣机离散动力学模型和动力学方程研究其最优起动方式。采用CST软起动系统并按照输入的加速度曲线起动,除正弦、抛物线、三角形和梯形4种常用起动加速度曲线外提出正弦组合曲线,运用Wilson-θ法进行方程求解,并使用Matlab进行动态仿真。结果表明,在5种不同的起动曲线仿真下,其设计参数都得到了优化,且采用正弦组合曲线起动得到的设计参数最优。该优化方法可降低连续带式出渣机的投资成本,可为类似项目设计提供参考。The continuous belt conveyor used in the construction of long-distance inclined shaft has high driving power,great tension of conveyor belt and large deformation in the process of starting due to its load and certain slope.In order to optimize the main design parameters,the optimal starting mode of continuous belt conveyor used for shield tunneling in inclined shaft of Xinjie Mine in Inner Mongolia is studied by dynamic equation and the discrete dynamic model is established.Then the CST soft start system is adopted according to the input acceleration curves;meanwhile 4 common curves including sine,parabola,triangle and trapezoid,and a sine combination curve are proposed;and the equation is solved by Wilson-θmethod and the dynamic simulation is carried out by Matlab.The simulation results of 5 different starting curves show that:(1)The design parameters are optimized.(2)The design parameters obtained by using the sine combination curve are the optimal,which can reduce the investment cost of the continuous belt conveyor,and can also provide reference for the design of similar projects.
