环氧树脂高渗高强涂敷砂配方研究及其应用

摘  要:采用正交试验开发了一种高渗高强涂敷砂配方:HX-10型高强度改性环氧树脂用量占石英砂用量的3.5%,改性十二胺固化剂占树脂用量的13.0%,RS-3型硅烷偶联剂用量占树脂用量的3.0%。在水介质中,与原有涂敷砂在60℃条件下固化反应72 h相比,高渗高强涂敷砂50℃条件下固化反应48 h即可得到固结岩心,其抗折强度提高了175%,达7.11 MPa;渗透率提高了92.6%,达63.6μm^2;高渗高强涂敷砂还具有对温度适应性好、化学性能稳定、压力环境稳定的优点,可有效提高防砂成功率,延长防砂有效期。A high permeability and high strength coated sand formulation was obtained by orthogonal test:in which the mass fraction of HX-10 high strength modified epoxy resin in quartz sand is 3.5%,the dodecyl amine curing agent and RS-3 coupling agent in the resin are 13.0%and 3.0%respectively.The curing reaction time of the original coated sand in water medium is 72 hours at 60℃,while the consolidation reaction of high permeability and high strength coated sand at 50℃is for 48 hours to obtain the consolidation core,whose folding strength is increased by 175%to 7.11 MPa,and whose permeability is increased by 92.6%to 63.6μm2.The high permeability and high strength coated sand also has the advantages of temperature adaptability,stable chemical properties and pressure environment,which can effectively improve the success rate of sand control and prolong the service life of sand control.
