摘　　要：简述了酸奶杯专用高抗冲聚苯乙烯HIEM的试生产过程,并对试生产的HIEM结构、性能以及应用进行了评价。结果表明:HIEM的熔体流动速率为3.9～5.7 g/10 min、弯曲模量大于1 900 MPa时,满足下游用户的加工需求,得到用户认可,但简支梁缺口冲击强度还需提高,通过调整相转变时的搅拌速率,使橡胶相进一步增加,从而提高HIEM的简支梁缺口冲击强度。The pilot production of high impact polystyrene specialty for yogurt cup,HIEM was described and the structure,properties and applications of the product were evaluated.The results show that the melt mass flow rate of HIEM is 3.9-5.7 g/10 min,flexural modulus is more than 1 900 MPa,meeting the requirements of processing of downstream customers,while the Charpy notched impact strength still has space to be improved by adjusting the stirring speed during phase transition to increase the rubber phase.
