摘　　要：分析了Innovene^(TM) S低压淤浆聚合工艺生产的产品牌号切换的生产过程,探讨了牌号切换的原则,以及牌号切换过程中产生的问题,包括低压闪蒸罐内粉料结块、过渡产品数量远多于给定经验值、转产后产品质量不合格,并分析了问题产生的原因,最后提出了解决问题的措施,包括尽量倒空低压闪蒸罐中粉料及控制系统中1-己烯的浓度等。The grade transition of the products in InnoveneTM S low pressure slurry polyethylene(PE)polymerization process is described.The principles as well as the problems in the operation are explored,which include the powder caking in low pressure flash tank,the yield of the intermediate products exceeding the given empirical data,and unqualified products after transition.It provides insight into the causes of the problems and offers solutions such as dumping the powder in the flash tank and controlling the concentration of 1-hexene in the system.
