摘　　要：采用旋转流变结合高温凝胶渗透色谱研究了长链支化聚丙烯(LCBPP)的结构及流变行为。结果表明:LCBPP具有明显不同于线性聚丙烯的流变学特征,与线性聚丙烯相比,LCBPP的零剪切黏度高于线性聚丙烯,而剪切变稀指数较低,两者的分子链松弛机制与松驰时间也不同;不同合成路线的LCBPP分子的拓扑结构各异,后反应器法合成的为星型拓扑结构,采用茂金属催化剂制备的分子拓扑结构为梳型,而采用新型Ziegler-Natta催化剂制备的具有H型拓扑结构特点。The structure and rheological properties of long chain branched polypropylene(LCBPP)were characterized by high temperature gel permeation chromatograph and rotational rheological technique.The results indicate that LCBPP is different from linear polypropylene(PP)in rheological characteristics,whose zero-shear viscosity is higher than that of linear PP,whose shear thinning index is lower than that of linear PP,and whose relaxation mechanism and relaxation time of molecular chain is different from those of linear PP as well.The molecular topological structures of LCBPP produced by different synthetic routes vary.The molecules of LCBPP synthesized by the latter reactor method has a star-shaped topology.Those of LCBPP synthesized by the metallocene catalyst has a comb-shaped topology,and the ones of LCBPP synthesized by new Ziegler-Natta catalyst has an H-shaped topology.
