摘 要:为选配优良黄皮辣椒亲本和杂交组合,以10个黄皮辣椒自交系为材料按不完全双列杂交设计组配25个杂交组合,对F1的11个主要性状进行配合力及杂种优势分析。结果表明,亲本A77、A244、A61的单位面积产量一般配合力效应值较高,可作为优良的杂交亲本使用;杂交组合中A50×A242的产量特殊配合力效应值最高,产量表现最好;有4个杂交组合的单位面积产量超标优势均在30%以上,是强优势组合。其中产量表现最好的2个组合为A50×A242、A61×A244,其单位面积产量超标优势分别为46.255%、42.616%,可以作为优良的杂交组合使用;相关分析结果表明,单位面积产量与果宽、果肉厚、单果质量显著或极显著正相关。In order to obtain the biggest heterosis in parents’apolegamy,10 yellow skin pepper inbred lines were divided into two groups to make a total of 25 hybrid combinations.The combining ability and heterosis of 11 main traits were estimated.Combining ability analysis showed that the general combining ability(GCA)for yield of A77,A244 and A61 was higher than the common hybrid parents,which indicated better utilization value of these inbred lines.The special combining ability(SCA)for yield of A50×A242 were the highest,and the yield of A50×A242 were the biggest among all the combinations.The yield per unit area of four cross combinations exceeded the standard by more than 30%,which indicated they were strong heterosis combinations.Among these combinations A50×A242 and A61×A244 were the best in yield,and the yield per unit area exceeded the standard by 46.255%and 42.616%,respectively.The result of correlation analysis showed that yield per unit area had a significant positive relationship with fruit width,thickness of pulp and weight per fruit.
