摘 要:齿条传动中,由于检测元件安装困难使得齿条位移检测不易实现、传动精度难以有效提高。文中提出一种基于嵌入式时栅技术的齿条位移检测单元,该单元由非等齿距的测头与齿条自身组成,直接实现齿条的位移检测。文中针对该方法的实现开展了有限元仿真分析与优化、原理样机试制,实验验证等工作。实验结果表明,在300 mm范围内齿条位移检测精度达到±1.3μm。Rack transmission is an important form of mechanical motion,and its transmission accuracy is increasingly required.In rack transmission,the detection of rack displacement is difficult to realize and transmission accuracy is difficult to improve because of the difficult installation of detection components.This paper presented a rack displacement detection unit based on embedded time grid technology.The unit consisted of the probe with non-equal tooth spacing and the rack itself,the displacement detection of rack was realized directly.In this paper,finite element simulation analysis and optimization,prototype test and experimental verification were carried out.The experiment results show that the measurement accuracy of the unit reaches±1.3μm in the range of 300 mm.
