摘 要:为了获取开关磁阻电机(SRM)准确的电磁特性,文中基于SRM间接磁链原理,采用虚拟仪器技术和多功能数据采集卡设计了SRM磁链特性测量系统。该系统通过板卡PCI-1715u采集SRM定子绕组的相电流、相电压,经PCI总线上传至上位机;上位机采用LabVIEW编程设计,并对采集到的相电压、相电流数据进行处理,计算出磁链,并实时显示和保存。最终,通过实验获得了SRM样机准确的磁链特性、电感特性和转矩特性。For the purpose of acquiring the accuracy electromagnetic characteristic of SRM,in this paper,virtual instrument technology and multifunctional data acquisition card were adopted to design the flux linkage measurement system for SRM according to indirect flux linkage measurement theory.The system uploaded the phase current and phase voltage by card PCI-1715u and transmitted to the computer by PCIBUS.The system software was designed on the bases of LabVIEW and dealt with the collected data to calculate flux linkage.Simultaneously,the results were displayed and saved in real time.Eventually,the accuracy characteristic of flux linkage,inductance and torque of SRM are acquired through the experiment.
