摘 要:圆柱面巨型网格结构的子结构刚度是影响其整体结构的稳定性的一个重要因素.本文运用有限元软件ANSYS分析基于子结构刚度变化的圆柱面巨型网格结构的稳定性.承载方式考虑了主体结构单独承载与主-子结构协同承载,选择子结构形式分别为叉筒网壳和双层平板网架,利用特征值屈曲分析以及全过程非线性屈曲分析方法研究整体结构稳定性.主要讨论了子结构形式、矢跨比、高度、截面积、边界约束等参数对整体结构稳定承载力的影响,总结子结构刚度对结构稳定性的影响规律.通过分析可知,两种子结构的特征值屈曲荷载均随子结构截面积的增大而增大;非线性屈曲分析时,叉筒网壳结构极限荷载,随着子结构矢跨比的增大而减小;双层网架结构极限荷载,四点支承与周边支承时均随子结构截面积的增大而增大,而网架子结构高度变化对其影响不大.Cylinderical reticulated mega-structure based on sub-structure stiffness is an important factor that influences the stability property of the whole structure.The stability property of cylinderical reticulated mega-structure based on sub-structure stiffness was analyzed with ANSYS.This article considered the structure with separate bearing and collaborative bearing,chose atticed intersected cylindrical shell(LICS)and space truss as sub-structure and used the eigenvalue buckling analysis and nonlinear buckling analysis to study the stability property.The influence of sub-structure form,height-to-span,truss height,sub-structure cross-sectional area and boundary constraint were discussed.The changes of the stability performance of structure based on sub-structure stiffness were summarized.The analysis results show that the critical buckling loads of eigen buckling analysis is advanced with the growth of sub-structure cross-sectional area.The ultimate loads of LICS decreases along with the increase of height-to-span.The ultimate loads of space truss increases along with the increase of sub-structure cross-sectional area.The height of sub-structure has little effect on the ultimate loads.
