间苯三酚联合奥布卡因凝胶在未产妇宫腔镜检查中的应用

摘　　要：目的观察间苯三酚联合奥布卡因凝胶在未产妇宫腔镜检查中的镇痛效果。方法选取2015年1月至2018年1月邢台矿业集团总医院行宫腔镜检查的未产妇258例,按照随机数表法分为A、B、C 3组,每组86例。A组给予注射用间苯三酚+奥布卡因凝胶,B组给予注射用间苯三酚,C组给予奥布卡因凝胶。观察3组镇痛效果、宫颈软化度、人工流产综合征的发生率。结果宫颈软化度:A组宫颈软化有效率69. 77%(60/86),明显高于B组34. 88%(30/86)、C组39. 53%(34/86),差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05),B组与C组宫颈软化有效率差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05);镇痛效果:A组镇痛效果较B组、C组高,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05),B组与C组镇痛效果差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05);人工流产综合征发生率:3组比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。结论间苯三酚联合奥布卡因凝胶对未产妇行宫腔镜检查镇痛效果显著、安全。Objective To observe the analgesic effects of phloroglucinol combined with oxybuprocaine gel in hysteroscopy in nullipara.Methods A total of 248 nullipara who underwent hysteroscopy examination in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2018 were enrolled in the study.According to random number table method,these nullipara were divided into group A,group B and group C,with 86 nullipara in each group.The nullipara in group A was given phloroglucinol+oxybuprocaine gel,and the nullipara in group B was given phloroglucinol for injection,and the nullipara in group C was given oxybuprocaine gel,The analgesic effects,cervical softening degree and incidence of induced abortion syndrome were observed and compared among the three groups.Results The effective rate of cervical softening in group A was 69.77%(60/86),which was significantly higher than that[34.88%(30/86)]in group B and that[39.53%(34/86)]in group C(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the effective rate of cervical softening between group B and group C(P>0.05).The analgesic effects in group A were superior to those in group B and group C(P<0.05),however,there were no significant differences in analgesic effects between group B and group C(P>0.05).Moreover there were no significant differences in incidence rates of induced abortion syndrome among the three groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The analgesic effects of phloroglucinol combined with oxybuprocaine gel in hysteroscopy in nullipara are effective and safe.
