摘 要:目的探讨品管圈(quality control circle,QCC)活动在提升门诊中药房处方合格率的应用效果。方法成立QCC,通过柏拉图和鱼骨图分析2016年1~12月384张不合格处方的类型和原因,制定对策,设定目标值为16张/月,观察实施效果。结果 2017年1~12月开具处方253 256张,其中不合格处方128张,占0. 05%,平均10. 7张/月,目标达成率133%。结论 QCC活动能够有效提高药学服务质量,促进临床合理用药。Objective To investigate the application effects of quality control circle(QCC)in improving the qualified rate of prescriptions in outpatient pharmacies for traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).Methods After QCC was established,the types and reaons of 384 unqualified prescriptions from January to December 2016 were analyzed by means of Pareto and Fishbone diagram.The countermeasures were formulated.The target value was 16 prescriptions per month,and the implementation effects were observed.Results A total of 253256 prescriptions were made from January 2017 to December 2017,in which,128 prescriptions were unqualified,accounting for 0.05%,with an average of 10.7 prescriptions per month.The target rate was 133%.Conclusion QCC activities can effectively improve the quality of pharmaceutical care and promote rational drug use in clinical practice.
