摘　　要：目的探讨护理干预在进行640层CT冠状动脉血管成像患者中的效果。方法随机将102例接受640层CT冠状动脉血管成像的患者分为2组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上实施护理干预,由2名从事CT诊断10年以上的诊断医生双盲法观察2组患者的图像质量。结果观察组患者中检查成功49例,明显高于对照组(42例)(P <0. 05),观察组患者成像质量显著优于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论护理干预能有效稳定患者情绪,促进患者的积极配合,从而大大提高检查成功率及图像质量,有较好的临床推广和应用价值。Objective To explore the effects of nursing intervention on CT coronary angiography with 640-slice wide body detector.Methods A total of 102 patients who underwent 640-slice CT coronary angiography were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The patients in control group were treated by routine nursing care,however,the patients in observation group,on the basis of control group,were treated by nursing intervention.The image quality of the two groups was observed by two diagnostic physicians who had been engaged in CT diagnosis for more than 10 years.Results Forty-nine patients in the observation group were successfully examined,who were significantly higher than 42 patients in control group(P<0.05).Moreover the imaging quality in observation group was superior to that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention can effectively stabilize patient’s emotions,promote patient’s active cooperation so as to greatly improve the success rate of inspection and image quality.Therefor it has better clinical promotion and application value.
