臭氧联合曲安奈德治疗膝骨性关节炎的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察臭氧联合曲安奈德膝关节注射治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法按随机分组方法,将80例膝骨性关节炎病例分成两组。观察组40例,采用臭氧和曲安奈德关节内注射治疗;对照组40例,采用臭氧关节内注射治疗。记录治疗前后患者的VAS疼痛评分和WOMAC膝关节功能评分结果,用以比较两组治疗方案的效果。结果治疗后1周、1个月,两组VAS分值和WOMAC分值均较治疗前显著降低,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗后3个月,两组VAS分值和WOMAC分值较前显著升高,但观察组仍低于治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);对照组则与治疗前比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论臭氧联合曲安奈德治疗膝骨性关节炎可明显减轻疼痛,提高膝关节功能。Objective To observe the clinical effect of ozone intraarticular injection combined with triamcinolone acetonide in treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods According to the random grouping method,80 cases of knee osteoarthritis were divided into two groups.40 cases in the observation group were treated with ozone intraarticular injection combined with triamcinolone acetonide.40 patients in the control group were treated with ozone intraarticular injection.The VAS pain score and WOMAC knee joint function score of patients before and after treatment were recorded to compare the effect of the two groups.Results One week and one month after treatment,the VAS and WOMAC scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Three months after treatment,the VAS score and WOMAC score of the two groups were significantly higher than before,but the observation group was still lower than before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the control group and that before treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion Ozon intraarticular injection combined with triamcinolone acetonide is an effective method in treatment of knee osteoarthritis,which can significantly relieve pain,improve knee function.
