摘 要:为进一步丰富安格斯牛育种数据库,选取1、6、12、18、24、36、48月龄体况良好的安格斯公、母牛各五头分为7组,测定在标准饲养条件下安格斯牛的生长发育情况、常规生理指标、行为学特征以及血液生化指标,分析各年龄阶段安格斯牛生长发育情况和生产性能。结果表明,12~18月龄的试验用牛在体尺、体重和平均日增重的增幅水平达到最大值,这一时期安格斯牛的生长速度达到最快;1~48月龄安格斯牛随着月龄的增加,体温和呼吸频率逐渐下降,瘤胃的蠕动次数则呈逐渐上升的趋势,卧息时间和反刍次数均呈逐渐上升的趋势;TP、Glo、BUN含量逐渐增加,Glu、ALT、Alb、TG在12月龄时含量较高,之后保持一个稳定的水平,血清中Na、Ca含量变化与月龄无明显关系。In order to further enrich the breeding database of Angus cattle and provide theoretical basis for the cultivation of new varieties,the Angus cattle at 1,6,12,18,24,36 and 48 months with good body condition were selected and divided into seven groups including five bulls and five cows in each group.Growth development patterns,conventional physiological index,behavior characteristics and blood biochemical indexes of these experimental cattle were determined in standard rearing conditions and archive data were established to analyze growth and production performance of Angus cattle at each age stage by using SPSS software.The analysis on traits difference of seven groups of experimental Angus cattle show that the body size and body weight increased and average daily gain weight reached the maximum growth rate at 12 to 18 months of age when the growth speed of Angus cattle was the fastest;body temperature,breathing frequency of the experimental cattle along with the age growth is on a downward trend,rumen motility times assumes the trend of escalation;sleeping time,rumination times of the Angus cattle at different ages showed a downward trend;TP,Glo,TG,BUN content increased along with the age growth,higher content of Glu,ALT,Alb and TG comes in the 12 months of age and keep a stable level then,there is no significant change on serum Na and Ca content.
