摘  要:试验旨在分析燕山绒山羊穗状弯曲型和直绒型羊绒纤维鳞片层结构特征和正、副皮质细胞分布。选取饲养管理相同、生理状态一致的20kg左右燕山绒山羊母羔60只,穗状弯曲型和直绒型绒山羊各30只,在羊绒脱绒时(4月份)采集试验羊的羊绒。用1%亚甲基蓝染液对羊绒皮质细胞进行染色以区分正、副皮质细胞的排列分布。用扫描电镜观察两种绒毛类型的鳞片结构差异,统计鳞片翘角度数、鳞片密度、鳞片高度、鳞片厚度。结果表明,穗状绒和直绒正、副皮质细胞均呈双边分布,正皮质细胞在卷曲波形的外侧,副皮质细胞在卷曲波的内侧,穗状型和直绒型羊绒正、副皮质细胞比例分别为1.9∶1和1∶1.4;穗状绒型与直绒型的鳞片翘角度数、鳞片密度、鳞片高度差异不显著(P>0.05),穗状绒型的鳞片厚度显著低于直绒型(P<0.05),穗状绒型和直绒型的鳞片厚度是否会影响羊绒手感的光滑度需要进一步的试验验证。研究结果提示,正、副皮质细胞含量改变可能是造成穗状羊绒发生弯曲的原因。This paper analyzes the structure characteristics of cashmere fiber scale layer and the distribution of orthocortex and paracortex in Yanshan cashmere goats with bending and natural cashmere.Yanshan cashmere goats(20 kg BW)with same feeding and management and physiological status were selected in experiment,including thirty bending cashmere goats and thirty natural cashmere goats.Cashmere fibers were collected during the shedding-period(in April).The cortex cells were stained by 1%methylene blue dye to detect the arrangement of the orthocortex and paracortex.Scanning electron microscopy was used to find the differences in the surface scales between two cashmere shapes,meanwhile,statistics calculation was done on scale rake angle degree,density,height and thickness in scale layers.Orthocortex and paracortex of both bending and natural cashmere shape were bilateral distribution,in which orthocortex located on the outer side of the curly wave,and paracortex located on the inner side of the curly wave.The ratio of orthocortex and paracortex was about 1.9:1 in bending cashmere,and about 1:1.4 in natural cashmere.Scale rake angle degrees,density and height were not significantly different(P>0.05)between bending and natural cashmere.The scale thickness of bending cashmere was significantly lower than that of natural cashmere(P<0.05).Whether the scale thickness of both bending and natural cashmere shape affects the smoothness of the cashmere feel needs further test.The content change of orthocortex and paracortex may cause bend of cashmere fibers.
