摘 要:此研究旨在评价苜蓿对各种重金属的吸收能力及其安全性。采用密闭高压消解法(HNO_3+H_2O_2)对40份紫花苜蓿根、茎叶(地上部分)样品进行前处理,在最优检测条件下,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪对苜蓿根、茎叶中铅、镉、砷、铬、镍、铊、锑、锰、钼、钒、钴、银、铁、锌和硒15种元素的含量进行测定。结果表明:苜蓿根部各微量元素普遍大于茎叶(地上部全株),苜蓿根中各元素的含量为:Mn>Zn>Se>Cr>V>Fe>Ni>Co>Pb>Mo>As>Cd>Tl>Ag>Sb;茎叶中各元素的含量为:Mn>Zn>Se>Cr>Pb>Mo>V>Fe>Co>Ni>Cd>Tl>As>Ag>Sb;部分苜蓿根的铬含量超过饲料标准(GB13078-2017)。试验采用紫菜标准物质(GBW10023)作为质控样,测定值与标示值一致,说明该方法准确、可靠,适用于批量苜蓿样品中多种元素的同时在线快速检测。The aim of this study is to evaluate alfalfa's absorption capacity of heavy metals and its safety.Samples were pretreated with sealed high pressure decomposition method(HNO 3+H 2O 2),in the optimum condition,Fifteen kinds of trace elements(Mn,Zn,Se,Cr,V,Fe,Ni,Co,Pb,Mo,As,Cd,Tl,Ag,Sb)in Alfalfa were analyzed by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).The results indicate that the content of different trace elements was in order of leaf/stem>roof.In the roof,the content of different trace elements was found to be in the order of Mn>Zn>Se>Cr>V>Fe>Ni>Co>Pb>Mo>As>Cd>Tl>Ag>Sb;In the leaf/stem,the content of different trace elements was found as Mn>Zn>Se>Cr>Pb>Mo>V>Fe>Co>Ni>Cd>Tl>As>Ag>Sb,the content of Cr in some alfalfa roots exceeded the feed standard(GB13078-2017).The proposed method was applied to the determination of reference samples(GBW10023)with satisfactory results.The results show the proposed method is suitable for quick determination of trace elements in alfalfa.
