摘　　要：随着我国经济水平不断提高,消费者对食品需求量和品质要求也越来越高,牛肉已成为餐桌上常见又受欢迎的美味之一,因此我国肉牛养殖相关产业迎来较好的发展契机。然而我国肉牛养殖业还存在诸多问题,文章就我国当前肉牛养殖状况、存在的问题和解决对策进行探讨,为促进畜牧业特别是肉牛养殖业的发展提供参考。With the continuous improvement of Chinese economic level,the demand for food and quality of consumers are also becoming higher and higher.The beef has become one of the most popular dishes on the table.Therefore,Chinese industry of beef cattle breeding has encountered a better development opportunity.However,there are still many problems in industry of the beef cattle breeding.This paper discusses the status quo,problems and countermeasures of beef cattle breeding in China,aiming to provide areference for the development of beef cattle breeding.
