大剂量甲基强的松龙治疗小儿重症哮喘的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨采取大剂量甲基强的松龙治疗小儿重症哮喘的效果及可行性。方法选取本院2013年1月～2017年12月收治的80例小儿重症哮喘患儿,按照随机数表法分为观察组与对照组,各40例。对照组采取地塞米松治疗,观察组采取大剂量甲基强的松龙治疗。比较两组患者治疗前与治疗后血气分析指标,咳嗽、喘息消失时间及不良反应发生情况。结果两组患儿治疗前治疗前血气分析指标差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),治疗后观察组显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组患儿咳嗽与喘息消失时间显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);两组患儿均无严重不良反应,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论大剂量甲基强的松龙应用在小儿重症哮喘中可以改善血气分析指标,缩短症状改善时间,且安全性高,值得借鉴。Objective To investigate the efficacy and feasibility of high-dose methylprednisolone in the treatment of severe asthma in children.Methods Eighty children with severe asthma in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2017 were enrolled.The children were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,40 cases each.The control group was treated with dexamethasone,and the observation group was treated with high-dose methylprednisolone.Compared the blood gas analysis indexes,the disappearance time of cough,wheezing and the incidence of adverse reactions before and after treatment between the two group.Results There were no significant differences in blood gas analysis indexes between the two groups(P>0.05).The observation group was significantly better than the control group after treatment(P<0.05).The disappearance time of cough and wheezing in the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no serious adverse reactions in the two groups,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion High-dose methylprednisolone can improve blood gas analysis index and shorten the symptom improvement time in children with severe asthma,and it is safe and worth learning.
