血清心肌酶检测对成人重症肺炎的临床意义研究

摘　　要：目的研究血清心肌酶检测对成人重症肺炎的临床意义。方法对本院2016年10月～2017年10月接收的78例成人重症肺炎患者与78例普通肺炎患者资料予以探究,分别设为实验A组与实验B组;另选取同期行健康体检的78例体检者设为对照组,比对三组血清心肌酶水平与心肌酶正常、异常者并发症、心电图异常情况。结果实验A组CK-MB、CK等心肌酶指标水平较之实验B组、对照组均显著更高(P <0.05);三种病原体感染导致的心肌酶异常率比对均显示高度差异(P <0.05);实验A组心肌酶异常者心衰发生率、心电图异常率较之心肌酶正常者均显著更高(P <0.05)。结论针对成人重症肺炎患者实施血清心肌酶检测可有效监测其病情,并判定预后,当心肌酶水平提高时,临床需对患者及时进行治疗,以免损伤其心肌。Objective To investigate the clinical significance of serum myocardial enzyme test in adults with severe pneumonia.Methods 78 adult patients with severe pneumonia and 78 patients with common pneumonia received from October 2016 to October 2017 in our hospital were investigated and divided into experimental group A and group B respectively.In the same period,78 patients with physical examination were set as control group.Compare the three groups of serum myocardial enzyme levels and myocardial enzymes normal,abnormal complications,ECG abnormalities.Results The level of myocardial enzymes such as CK-MB and CK in experimental group A were significantly higher than those in experimental group B and control group(P<0.05).The abnormal rate of myocardial enzymes induced by pathogen infection was significantly higher than that of the control(P<0.05).The incidence of heart failure,ECG abnormality in experimental group Awere significantly higher than thoseof normal myocardial enzymes(P<0.05).Conclusion Serum myocardial enzyme test for patients with severe pneumonia in adults can effectively monitor the condition and determine the prognosis.When the level of myocardial enzyme is increased,the patients should be treated clinically to avoid damaging the myocardium.
