摘 要:目的分析急诊患者于护理中应用人性化护理的效果和心理状态。方法分析本院于2016年11月~2017年12月收治的急诊患者80例资料,按照不同护理方案分成两组,将行常规护理40例患者作为对照组,将于其基础上行人性化护理40例患者作为观察组,比较两组应用效果和心理状态。结果观察组满意度(95.00%)比对照组(77.50%)高,且抑郁、焦虑心理状态评分(32.25±2.10)分、(31.20±2.08)分均比对照组低(χ2=5.1647、t=25.7031、29.2863,均P <0.05)。结论急诊患者于护理中应用人性化护理可提高护理满意度,且改善不良心理状态,具有应用价值。Objective To analyze the effect and psychological status of emergency care patients using humanized nursing.Methods 80 cases of emergency patients admitted from November 2016 to December 2017 in our hospital were divided into two groups according to different nursing plans.40 patients who received routine nursing care as the control group,on the basis of which 40 Cases of patients as the observation group,the two groups were compared the effect and psychological status.Results The satisfaction of 95.00%in the observation group was higher than 77.50%in the control group,and the scores of depression and anxiety state were 32.25±2.10 and 31.20±2.08,respectively,lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of humanized nursing care in emergency patients can improve nursing satisfaction and improve the psychological status,which is of high value for promotion.
