摘　　要：角膜不完全的修复和过度的愈合均能导致严重的并发症。本文归纳了目前应用干细胞治疗角膜损伤的新方法,总结整理了角膜干细胞缺乏治疗的发展进程,为今后的临床治疗提供依据,指出了目前研究面临的问题和挑战。Incomplete corneal repair and excessive healing can lead to serious complications.Based on the clinical cases of medical treatment at the Department of Ophthalmology,this paper sums up the new methods of using stem cells to treat corneal injury,sums up the development process of corneal stem cell deficiency,and provides the basis for future clinical treatment.The problems and challenges faced by the present research are pointed out.
