摘　　要：大数据整合当今一切最新科学技术的优势,囊括当今技术层面几乎所有特点,正在经济、治理、医疗、科研等领域刮起一阵变革的飓风,强力开启世界各国政府“密室”大门和“黑箱”决策过程,“倒逼”政府真正走向公开和透明。本文重点分析大数据背景下政府透明度、民主、市场活力几个变量之间的关系,发现政府透明度与民主程度呈正相关,市场活力随着政府透明度升高而增强。比较分析发现,坚持依法治国、依法行政,确保公民的隐私透明而又不受到侵犯、政府行为最大限度的透明度,在自己开具的权力清单内作为,是大数据背景下政府建设的路向和权力运行的边界。Big data integration in any of the latest science and technology advantages,have almost all the features of the present technical level,is the economic,governance,medical,scientific research and other fields sweep a transformation of the hurricane,is a strong opening government all over the world“the chamber of secrets”gate,“forced”into the open,transparent government.This paper focuses on the analysis of the relationship between government and big data background transparency and democracy,the vitality of the market of several variables found to be positively related to the degree of government transparency and democracy,market activity enhanced with increased government transparency.In order to ensure citizen s privacy not be violated,the government behavior maximum transparency is undoubtedly the direction and power of the government under the background of construction of big data exercise limit.
