摘　　要：为了提高变电站节能降耗效率,通过分析目前变电站所面临的主要问题,从提高节能意识、引入6S管理机制,采取技术措施等方面提出了一些方法,由此建立一整套适合本班组特点的有效的管理体系,使变电站的节能降耗管理工作具有持续性、长久性、有效性。In order to improve the substation energy-saving efficiency,by analyzing the main problems faced by current transformer substation,from improving energy-saving consciousness,the introduction of 6S management mechanism,technical measures puts forward some methods,establishes a set of effective management system suited to the characteristics of the this shift,so as to make the job of saving energy and reducing consumption management of substation more sustainable,long-term and effectiveness.
