摘　　要：通过对装置开发的总体方案、设计开发及工作过程的相关探讨,设计开发1种可用于混匀煤炭检测样品的煤炭混样机。该混样机主要包括基座、机架、夹板等部分,基座上设置有相对设置的机架,机架通过转轴与竖直夹板连接,相邻的竖直夹板之间通过底部横板和调节横板连接,其中调节横板以可上下调节的连接形式在竖直夹板上移动并固定,在底部横板上固定有样品底座,在调节横板上安装样品顶座,转轴再与动力机构连接。新型煤炭混样机能够实现样品瓶的快速安装与固定,且采用倾斜设置的方式实现样品的多维度混合,从而提高样品混合程度及降低粉尘污染。Through the discussion of general plan,design development and working process of equipment development,a type of new coal mixing machine which could be used in mixing coal testing samples was designed and developed.This coal mixing machine contained the base,rack and splint,the frames were installed on pedestal,the frames were connected with the vertical splint by the rotating shaft,the adjacent vertical splints were connected by the bottom horizontal plate and adjusting horizontal plate,the adjusting horizontal plate could be adjusted up and down,it could be moved and fixed on the vertical splint,on the bottom horizontal plate,there was the fixed sample base,on the adjusting horizontal plate,the sample top seat was installed,the rotating shaft was then connected with the power mechanism,the new type of coal mixing machine could realize the quick installation and fixation of sample bottle,and used the method of tilted setting,the multi-dimensional mixing of sample could be achieved,therefore,the mixing degree could be improved,the powder pollution could be reduced.
