摘 要:为解决现有燃煤全水分检测过程中水分损失大、检测结果偏低的问题,研制了燃煤全水分在线自动检测系统。在对燃煤全水分检测原理探讨的基础上,重点介绍了在线自动检测系统在机械系统结构设计、软件控制系统设计及自动检测功能实现等方面的设计与研发。该在线自动检测系统用于煤炭采样或制样现场,集接样、样品提升、样品缩分、样品摊平、自动干燥测试、自动弃样、检测结果自动上传等智能化功能于一体,可实现采、制、化的协同工作以及减少煤样制样、送样的过程中水分的损失,提高了全水分测试结果准确性。In order to solve the problem of large water loss and low detection results in the process of detecting total moisture in coal,an on-line automatic detection system for total moisture of coal sample was proposed in this paper.On the basis of discussion on the testing principle of the automatic testing system for the total moisture content of coal,the design and development of the mechanical system structure design,the software control system design and the automatic detection function were emphasized.The system was used for coal sampling or sampling site,functions such as sample receiving,sample lifting,sample division,sample leveling,automatic drying test,automatic sample discharge and automatic uploading of testing results were all in this system,it realized the cooperative work of sampling and sample preparation,the loss of water in the process of sample preparation and sample delivery could be reduced,the accuracy of total moisture content testing result was improved.
