摘 要:阐述了ZZSC智能在线水分测定系统的组成及其特点,简述进瓶机构、干燥称重机构、弃料机构、给盘机构、取盘机械手机构、摊平及取样机械手机构、清洗机构及电气控制系统于在线水分测定系统中的作用,并探讨智能在线水分测定系统需解决的问题及系统测定的优势。引进智能在线水分测定系统对全水分煤样进行采取、分样、装盘、摊平、称重、干燥、数据分析、弃样收集、清洗,其系统运行稳定可靠,可确保所测结果的准确度及精密度较高。The composition and characteristics of ZZSC intelligent on-line moisture content determination system were introduced in this paper,the application of input bottle structure,dry weighing mechanism,abandoning mechanism,feeding plate mechanism,plate taking robot hand mechanism,leveling mechanism,sampling robot hand mechanism,cleaning mechanism and electrical control system in on-line moisture content determination system were introduced too,the problems which need to be solved and the system determination advantages of intelligent on-line moisture content determination were discussed.The intelligent on-line moisture content determination system was introduced for coal sample to do the sampling,sample distribution,plate loading,flatten,weighing,drying,data analysis,discard sample collection and cleaning,the system operating was stable and reliable,the accuracy and precision of the determination results could be ensured.
