摘 要:论述在线测灰仪的使用背景、测灰原理及其结构,阐释在线测灰仪在淮北矿业各矿厂的适用性,并结合现场使用效果对静态标校方法及其主要影响因素、常见问题进行分析。在线测灰仪在规范使用的前提下对特定的煤质煤种进行测灰,可提高检测效率并为生产过程质量控制提供参考,对矿厂内部结算也有一定的参考价值,但需进一步改进其适用性和测灰精度以扩大其应用范围及适应现场所需。The background,measuring principle and structure of on-line ash detector were discussed,the applicability of online ash detector in each mine of Huaibei mining industry was explained,and the static calibration method and its main influencing factors and common problems were analyzed combined with on-site application effect in this paper.Online ash detector was used to measure specific coal quality under the premise of standard use,which could improve the detection efficiency and provide reference for quality control in the production process.It also has some reference value for the internal settlement of the mine,but it is necessary to further improve its applicability and accuracy to expand its application scope and meet the needs of the site.
