摘　　要：目的:探讨注射用双黄连鼻腔冲洗对慢性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法:按照随机双盲原则将300例慢性鼻炎患者分为观察组和对照组各150例,对照组采用生理盐水鼻腔冲洗治疗,观察组采用双黄连(冻干)生理盐水鼻腔冲洗治疗。比较两组的临床疗效和治疗前后鼻结膜炎生活质量问卷(RQLQ)得分。结果:观察组有效率92. 0%,高于对照组的83. 7%(P <0. 05);两组治疗后的RQLQ得分均降低(P <0. 05),且观察组低于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论:慢性鼻炎患者行双黄连鼻腔冲洗治疗是一种安全、有效的方法。Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of nasal irrigation with Shuanghuanglian injection on chronic rhinitis.Methods:300 patients with chronic rhinitis were divided into treatment group and control group according to the principle of randomized double-blind,150 cases in each group.The control group was given nasal irrigation with normal saline,and the treatment group was given nasal irrigation with Shuanghuanglian(lyophilized).The clinical efficacy and the score of nasal conjunctivitis quality of life questionnaire(RQLQ)before and after treatment were compared in the two groups.Results:The effective rate in the treatment group was 92.0%,which was significantly higher than 83.7%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the RQLQ scores of the two groups decreased(P<0.05),and the score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).No adverse reactions occurred.Conclusion:Nasal irrigation with Shuanghuanglian injection is a safe and effective method for chronic rhinitis patients.
