摘  要:目的:研究年龄、体重对于多次捐献机采血小板后献血者外周血常规变化的影响。方法:选取186名在1年内捐献血小板20次以上的无偿献血者,收集其首次和末次捐献机采血小板的外周血常规数据进行分析观察。结果:多次捐献机采血小板献血者首末次献血前血常规中红细胞计数(RBC)、血红蛋白计数(Hb)、血细胞压积(Hct)差异在18-30、31-40年龄段中,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05),其余年龄段差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05);多次捐献机采血小板献血者首末次献血前血常规中体重为50-60kg体重段献血者差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05),其余体重段差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。结论:现行献血规定对大部分献血者的健康安全是有保障的。但是仍应该就具体情况制定相应的执行细则和指引,更加完善对献血者的安全指导。Objective:To study the influence of age and weight on the changes of haematological values of regular plateletpheresis donors after repeated platelet collection by machine.Methods:The peripheral blood routine data of 186 unpaid donors who donated plateletpheresis more than 20 times in one year were collected and an analysis was conducted on the haematological values detected before the first and the last donation.Results:By comparing the haematological values in donors before the first and the last donation respectively,the result showed that there were significant differences in red blood cell count(RBC),Hemoglobin count(Hb)and hematocrit(Hct)in 18-30 age-group and 31-40 age-group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in other age-group(P>0.05);also there were significant differences in RBC,Hb and Hct in 50-60kg weigh-group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in other weigh-group(P>0.05).Conclusion:There is no obvious adverse effects for most of the donors,but it is necessary to institute rules and guidance in more details on specific analysis to ensure the safety of donors.
