摘 要:目的:探讨DNA原位杂交和免疫组化染色检测人乳头瘤病毒(human papilloma virus,HPV)的效果。方法:选择103例外阴尖锐湿疣患者,分别采用DNA原位杂交、免疫组化染色方法进行检测,比较分析两种检测结果。结果:DNA原位杂交的阳性检测率为93. 20%,高于免疫组化阳性检测率(66. 02%)(P <0. 05)。结论:DNA原位杂交检测技术用于尖锐湿疣患者中具有较高阳性率,可作为尖锐湿疣诊断及治疗的可靠依据。Objective:To investigate the effect of DNA in situ hybridization and immunohistochemical staining method in the detection of human papilloma virus(HPV).Methods:103 patients with condyloma acuminatum were selected and detected by DNA in situ hybridization and immunohistochemical staining respectively.The results were compared and analyzed.Results:The positive rate of DNA in situ hybridization was 93.20%,which was significantly higher than that in immunohistochemistry(66.02%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:DNA in situ hybridization has a high positive rate in patients with condyloma acuminatum,which can be used as a reliable basis for the diagnosis and treatment of condyloma acuminatum.
